If you just found out you have asthma or are a long time asthma sufferer, here's step one to start off on your natural remedy lifestyle to reducing and controlling your asthma.

Use of lemon juice has been found to have tremendous benefits in the body and of course for stopping and controlling asthma attacks.

So, step one is to use lemon juice every morning. Forget about the idea that lemon juice is acid and is bad for you if you have arthritis. Yes, lemon juice can cut into and breakup oil. But, when it enters the body as an acid, it ends up as alkaline residue after your cells use it up. Besides if you aren't eating enough oils such as olive and fish oils this can contribute to the lack of oil to lubricate your joints and anti-inflammatory chemicals and this can accelerate the deterioration of your joint cartilage.

Step one for fighting back if you have asthma

Now, here's what you don't want to hear. First, do a two day fast using only water and lemon juice. Every morning after you get up, in eight ounces of distilled water, squeeze the juice of one organic lemon. Warm the distilled water slightly to give this drink extra energy and to reduce the work you body has to do to digest this drink.

Increase the power of this lemon drink

After your two day fast, continue drinking this lemon drink in the morning at least hour before you have breakfast. Now when you prepare this lemon drink add two teaspoons of ionic manganese. Here's where to read more about manganese: http://www.wateroz.com/minerals/Manganese.htm

Then go to google and search for Wateroz ionic manganese

Manganese is known as the love mineral. If you have a lot of anger, hate, stress, depression, anxiety this can aggravate your asthma. Manganese will help to lessen these emotionally conditions.

After you drink this lemon juice, rinse out your mouth with distilled water so that the lemon juice acid will not affect the enamel on your teeth.

Super charge your lemon drink

Now, here is one more thing. Add one two tablespoons of liquid chlorophyll to your lemon-manganese drink. Now you have a drink that will help to detoxify your colon little by little. Toxins that get into your blood from your colon weaken the tissues in your lungs and bronchials. So, it is best to keep your blood clean.

There it is. This is just a start. Go out and get some organic lemons, do the fast, add some manganese, then some chlorophyll and see your asthma attacks lessen day by day.

It seems that Apple is in talks with Sirius Satellite Radio to
make their streaming broadcasts available on the iPod. This is
something that a lot of online music fans have been looking
forward to for some time. Satellite radio customers love the
music variety because they can go for days without hearing the
same songs on rotation. This is in stark contrast to commercial
radio stations, where you can hear the same song every couple of
hours and on multiple stations in the same market.

Many think this pairing is just a rumor since iPods are not
designed for this type of function and it would probably require
a much larger hard drive and a much larger iPod case to be able
to carry the streams.

Another functionality that would also require some tweaks is the
ability to record satellite stream directly onto the iPods. The
whole purpose of the iPod is the storage capacity and the
ability to make music portable.

Even if satellite broadcasts were available, if the storage
functionality is not included, customers could easily turn away
from it and back to streaming radio only.

Since iPods are in short supply right now because so many
customers are trying to get one, imagine what the market frenzy
would look like if you add radio transmission receivers onto it.

Both XM Satellite Radio and Sirius Satellite Radio with over 4
million subscribers have been looking into ways that they can
merge their popular streaming radio functionality with a host of
gadgets to give their customers more options and to expand their
subscription base.

The iPod seems like a natural fit. Rumors of a partnership
between the satellite radio companies and Apple computers have
been rampant after several telling signs by executives of both
companies at various computer industry shows.

Online tech guides and skeptics are critical, but hopeful, since
there is no clear mechanism right now to add the radio
transmission function onto an iPod and still maintain the same
compact look and feel of the iPod. In addition, it would take
some time to develop the product, test it and bring it to
market.

Then it would have to attract the attention of both Satellite
radio customers and serious iPod fans to prevent each party from
losing the market share they are hastily trying to capture.

There is some overlap between iPod customers and Satellite Radio
customers especially in the ability to adapt to new technology.
What is unclear is if streaming radio fans, and download happy
fans are part of some larger online music tribe that anyone can
tap with new gadgets.

Author: Christopher Smith

Chances are that you or someone you know is affected by the
mobile gaming virus. There is a lot of it about and developments
in technology are helping it to spread like wildfire. Even if
you do not consider yourself a gamer you could one day be
exposed to its effects. All it takes is a Java-enabled mobile
phone and there are already over 150 million of them in the US
alone.

What we are really talking about of course is the growth in
popularity of mobile gaming; in other words, playing games on
your mobile phone. Mobile gaming is set to become big business
in 2004 as the number of BREW (Binary Runtime Environment for
Wireless) and Java-enabled mobile phones in circulation
continues to grow. In addition, manufacturers are continually
adding colored screens and advanced features to their latest
models, making mobile gaming a rich and vibrant experience for
users.

The games themselves are readily available from a wide range of
sources and can be easily downloaded from numerous web sites,
with prices starting at $2.99 or less. There is something for
everyone with games ranging from favorites such as PacMan, chess
and checkers to motor racing, jet-skiing and even erotic games.

Many people consider online gaming to be a predominantly male
activity and a young male activity at that. Last fall, at a
conference on mobile gaming, Mark Stanger from game developers
Eidos suggested that 92% of PlayStation 2 players are men.
Whilst it is probably true that online and console gamers are
mainly male (how many women do you know that own a Sony
PlayStation 2) analysis suggests that mobile phone gaming could
be encouraging a growing percentage of women to play games.

Downloading games to a mobile phone can be done from anywhere.
Women do not need to venture into the testosterone-laden
atmosphere of game shops and this may account for why an
increasing number of females are entering the world of mobile
gaming. Interestingly, it also appears that women are playing
the more traditional games such as solitaire and backgammon
rather than the 'shoot 'em dead' kind.

Just as more women are playing games, so to are an increasing
number of older people. Figures from the Entertainment Software
Association released in August 2003 indicate that a full 17% of
game players are over age 50, up from 13% in 2000.

This would suggest that gamers are an increasingly diverse group
and the appeal of gaming is spreading across the sexes and
across different ages and socio-economic backgrounds. People
seem to be more and more at ease playing games on consoles,
online and now on mobile phones.

With growing awareness of mobile gaming, improved and ever-wider
distribution channels for mobile games, and an increasing degree
of comfort with payment and delivery over the air amongst
subscribers, everything points to an explosion in growth. This
translates into a multi-billion dollar market for providers of
mobile technology, game developers and retailers and a
completely new way of looking at mobile phones.
